All Sales Are Final Once Opened

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, installed, cut, dyed, or otherwise altered.

Returns & Exchanges (Unopened Products Only)

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos, and once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
